Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PSL Lab (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility (13+)
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.
The Service
PSL Lab is a looksmaxxing app that uses AI to analyze photos you provide and produce scores, AI-assisted photo edits, and an improvement plan.
The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results.
User content (your uploads)
You may submit photos and survey responses ("User Content") to receive analysis and edits.
- • You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to upload it.
- • Do not upload other people's photos without their permission.
- • You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze it solely to provide the Service.
Subscriptions & Payments
PSL Lab offers subscription plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
- • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
- • To cancel, email contact.yaroslav.levtsun@gmail.com from the email used at checkout. Cancellation applies to future billing periods.
- • No refunds, except where required by applicable law.
Rescan limits
Your plan may include limits on rescans or similar usage features. These limits help prevent abuse and keep the Service stable for everyone.
Prohibited use
- • Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- • Do not upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- • Do not use the Service to harass, shame, or bully others.
- • Do not upload content that violates anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your results are generated using automated systems and may be inaccurate. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.
The Service is not medical, mental health, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we need to do so for security or legal reasons.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
