PSL Lab is a looksmaxxing app that analyzes the photos you provide and generates scores, AI-assisted photo edits, and an improvement plan.

- • Device and usage data (basic diagnostics, like pages visited and errors).
- • Local storage (we may store small bits of data in your browser, like progress between steps).
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or CVC. Stripe may collect and process payment details in accordance with its own privacy policy.
How we use information
- • To provide the Service and generate your analysis.
- • To create and deliver AI-assisted photo edits.

- • To process subscriptions and manage billing.

How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service, for example:

- • AI processing providers (we send your photos and related inputs to AI systems to produce your analysis and edits).
- • Payments: Stripe processes payments and may handle related fraud prevention.
- • Legal: if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.
AI training: We do not use your photos to train our own AI models.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain your access to your results, and comply with legal obligations.
- • Photos: we generally retain them while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after, unless you request deletion.
- • Analysis results: we generally retain them to let you access your report.
- • Email address: retained for billing, access delivery, and support.

PSL Lab is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe someone under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
